Ingredients

  • 130 ml uht milk
  • 3 g instant yeast (1 tsp)
  • 55 gr eggs (weighed, about 1 egg)
  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 30 g medium protein flour
  • 10 gr milk powder (I use whip cream powder)
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 40 gr butter/margarine

How to make

  • 1. Mix UHT milk and yeast, mix well. Add eggs, sugar and mix well.
  • 2. Enter the flour, milk powder, and salt mix well. Let stand 15 minutes, cover with cling wrap. Add butter, mix well.
  • 3. Pour the dough on the work table, knead until elastic or knead with a mixer until elastic.
  • 4. Cover with cling wrap and let stand until doubled.
  • 5. Deflate the dough, pour on the work table, divide into 11 pieces. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
  • 6. Prepare the horn mold, spread margarine.
  • 7. Take 1 dough roll in the form of a slide (see picture).
  • 8. Store in a baking sheet lined with baking paper, let stand until doubled.
  • 9. Brush with evaporated milk, oven at 190°C on top and bottom for 15 minutes until browned.
  • 10. Remove, brush with evaporated milk, wait for it to warm, remove from the mold, fill with fla.
  • 1. Mix milk, eggs, sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved, strain.
  • 2. Enter all ingredients except butter, cook on low heat until it explodes.
  • 3. Enter the butter, mix well, remove from heat.
  • 4. Insert a piping bag, spray into the bread.

  • 40 gr cornstarch
  • 5 g wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp munjung butter
