Chocochip Sponge Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 400gr margarine (mix butter)
  • 300gr granulated sugar (sy, 250gr)
  • 300gr triangular flour
  • 50gr full cream milk powder
  • 100gr SKM
  • 50gr chocochips.
  • Vanilla

How to Make Chocochip Sponge

  • Mix margarine, butter and powdered sugar until fluffy
  • Add the egg yolks one by one, mix well
  • Mskkn skm mix average
  • Mskkn tpg flour milk mix well (you can use a spatula)
  • Beat egg whites until stiff
  • Add in the yellow mixture and mix well with a spatula.
  • Enter the chocochips stir (reserve for sprinkling).
  • Pour into a 24 tulban pan (grease margarine and give a little tpg).
  • Bake at 175'c, fire up and down
  • (Sy, 160'c top fire and 175'c bottom fire)
  • -50 minutes (adjust oven msg”).
  • Remove and chill
  • Cut" according to taste.
