Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 65 gr Medium protein flour
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 10 gr milk powder
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 85 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 95 gr Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp dark chocolate paste
  • 1/2 tsp mocha paste
  • Filling : Blueberry jam

Step

  • Baking pan uk 23x23x4 cm
  • 1. Put all ingredients except margarine and vanilla in a bowl
  • 2. Mixer until thick
  • 3. Once thick, add melted margarine and vanilla, mix again until smooth, use low speed
  • 4. Divide the dough into 3, then give 2 doughs with each chocolate drak and mocca pasta, mix all the parts until smooth
  • 5. Prepare a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, the sides don't need to be smeared with margarine
  • 6. Pour each batter into the tin
  • 7. Before entering the oven, prepare the baking sheet
  • 8. Preheat the oven, about 8-10 minutes
  • 9. Bake at 185-190 C for 20 minutes on top and bottom fire
  • 10. To be more secure, the bottom of the oven rack can be lined with another baking sheet, so that the bottom of the cake doesn't burn.., but adjust it again according to your respective oven..
