Ingredients

  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 tsp SP (I use 1/4 tsp)
  • 100 gr medium protein flour
  • 75g sugar (can be added to taste)
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk (I use instant coconut milk 65 ml water)
  • Pandan paste to taste
  • Palm sugar to taste

Base Layer

  • 1/4 of a half old coconut, grated
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch (tapioca)
  • pinch of salt

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, SP, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
  • 2. Enter the flour little by little, mix well with a spatula or beat with kec. low.
  • 3. Add coconut milk, mix gently with a spatula.
  • 4. Pour some into the pan that has been filled with grated coconut. Sprinkle with palm sugar, pour the rest of the putu ayu dough.
  • 5. Steam for 30 minutes on medium heat. The steamer is preheated and the lid is covered with a clean cloth.
  • 6. Do a toothpick test, remove it, leave it for a while before removing it from the pan.
