Ingredients

  • 300 gr High Protein Wheat Flour
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 5 gr Instant Yeast
  • 75 gr Sweet Thick
  • 150 ml Liquid Milk
  • 30 gr Margarine
  • 15 gr Cocoa Powder

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, mix well. Enter the sweetened condensed and liquid milk, stir until combined.
  • 2. Enter margarine, knead until smooth elastic.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, leave one part white, one part add cocoa powder, knead until smooth.
  • 4. Divide the white and brown dough into 15 portions each. round up.
  • 5. Roll out the dough then stack alternating brown and white. Put it in a mini pan that has been smeared with thin margarine. 1 pan 6 stacks (3 white, 3 brown). Rest until it expands.
  • 6. Bake at 170'C 30 minutes. Adjust to each oven.
  • 7. Once cooked, let cool, remove from the mold and cut into pieces.
