Chocolate Peanut Cookies
Ingredients
- 100 gr peanut butter
- 100 gr margarine
- 50 gr cold salted butter
- 50 gr roasted cashews, finely blended
- 1 egg yolk
- 225 gr low protein flour
- tsp Baking Powder @zeelandia_indonesia
- pinch of salt
- 120 g of powdered sugar
- 80 gr of melted DCC, for decoration put it in a plastic piping bag
How to make
- 1. Preheat the oven to 140 delci, use a lower flame
- 2. Beat margarine, butter, powdered sugar, salt for 1.5 minutes, add egg yolks & peanut butter, mix briefly, add cashews in the blender, mix again, a total of 2 minutes, don't take too long, the dough will melt when baked
- 3. Enter the flour, baking powder while sifting, mix well using a spatula
- 4. Take a little dough, I weigh 10 grams, put a round shape on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine
- 5. Flatten the dough with a fork, form a cross, do it until it runs out then bake with a temperature of 140 delci using a low heat, slama 20 minutes / until cooked, the blower activates
- 6. Garnish with melted chocolate dcc
