*** Crush the biscuits using a chopper or food processor or you can also grind them, mix all the ingredients
Caramel Sauce Ingredients
100 gr sugar
45 gr salted butter
60 ml heavy cream (room temperature liquid whipcream)
1/4 tsp salt
*** Heat the sugar until it's all melted and browned, add the chopped butter slowly while stirring (be careful it's hot) evenly. Add salt and liquid whipcream while stirring until smooth. Remove, cool, ready to use.
(The caramel sauce makes quite a lot, enough for about 8 cups)
4 Cavendish Bananas, Cut into 2
Cream
80 gr whip cream powder
160 gr ice water
*** Shake not too stiff, put it in a piping bag
Solution
1. Pour the crushed biscuits at the bottom of the cup while flattening and pressing.
2. Arrange the bananas on top, pour the caramel sauce.
3. Spray the cream on top, spray the caramel sauce again, decorate the top with biscuit crumbs and bananas.
