Eggless Cupcake Milo
Material A
- – 80gr wheat flour (medium pro)
- – 25gr cocoa powder
- – 80gr sugar
- – 1 tbsp milk powder
- – 1 tsp baking powder
- – 1/4 tsp baking soda
Material B
- – 150ml liquid milk
- – 50ml vegetable oil / cooking oil
- – 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Cream Ingredients
- – 40gr whip cream powder (Haan brand)
- – 80ml cold water
- – 1 sachet milo / 22gr (leave a little for sprinkling)
- – sweetened condensed milk according to taste (I forgot to use it, less sweet but still delicious )
How to Make Cupcakes
- – preheat the oven to 160°
- – In a mixing bowl, sift ingredients A except sugar, then add sugar and mix well
- - Enter the ingredients B stir using a whisk until well blended
- - pour the batter into the cup, 3/4 cup
- – Bake at 160° for 30 minutes / until cooked
How to Make Cream Milo
- - in a container, pour whipcream + cold water, mix until creamy
- – add milo, mix again
- - add the sweetened condensed mixer again
- - put the cream into the piping bag
The last step
- - after the cupcake is not hot, spray the cream and sprinkle with Milo powder
- - ready to be served
