Mango Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Mango Jelly (15gr)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Agar agar plain
  • 1 Sweet Fragrant Mango, blender with 100 ml of Water
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 100 ml Sweet Thick
  • 800 ml Water

Lychee Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 Small Pack of Lychee Jelly (10gr)
  • 1 can of lychee, take all the juice of the fruit for topping
  • 80 gr granulated sugar
  • 200 ml Water

Toppings

  • Sufficient Canned Lychee

How to make

  • 1. Mango Pudding: Mix jelly, agar-agar, mango juice, granulated sugar, sweet and thick mix well. Add water little by little while stirring until everything is well mixed. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Let stand until the hot steam is gone, pour it into the glass mold, don't fill it up. Pour some into a round mold to use as a topping.
  • 2. Lychee Pudding: cook all the ingredients for the lychee pudding, leave it until the hot steam is gone.
  • 3. Arrange several round puddings and 1 lychee on top of the mango pudding, flush with the lychee pudding until it is full. Do it until it's all gone.
  • 4. Serve cold.
