Matcha Brownies

Ingredients

  • 120gr white chocolate
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 50gr butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 110g powdered sugar
  • 100gr all-purpose flour
  • 10gr matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Toppings: chopped white chocolate, almonds

How to make

  • 1. Melt the white chocolate, oil and butter, set aside
  • 2. Mix eggs and powdered sugar (sifted), mixer on low speed until sugar is dissolved (no need to expand)
  • 3. Enter the melted chocolate, mix again until well blended
  • 4. Mix flour, matcha powder, vanilla, add flour mixture while sifting into egg mixture, mixer on low speed until well blended (not too long)
  • 5. Pour into a baking sheet that has been smeared or lined with baking paper, smooth, and add toppings
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven at 150C for 30 minutes
