Ingredients

- 250gr young coconut meat + 200cc coconut water (coarse chopper)
- 900cc young coconut water.
- 2 sachets of SKM
- Sugar to taste.
- A pinch of salt.
Method
- Chopper coconut meat + water with SIGNORA DAILY CHOPPER.
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Cook until it boils, remove from heat, let the steam disappear.
- Pour in the SQUARE PAN MONNA BAKEWARE 20
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- Remove from the pan and transfer to a 28 . SQUARE PAN tin
