Ingredients

  • 3 packs of white agar
  • 200 gr cocoa powder
  • 1500 ml of milk (I use 300 ml of SKM + water)
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 2 egg yolks

How to make

  • - mix agar powder, sugar, milk and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder..
  • – stir until it boils, take a little dough, pour it into the baking sheet for a marble motif (see in the video above)
  • Then add the remaining cocoa powder into the mixture and mix again until smooth
  • - Enter the egg yolks (fish it with a little mixture and then pour it back into the pan)
  • - stir until boiling then immediately pour into the mold, chill in the refrigerator, wait until set, serve with fla
