Ingredients

  • 175gr low pro wheat flour
  • 325gr pao flour
  • (This time I ran out of tep pao, so I used full low pro flour)
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
  • 9gr yeast
  • 150gr liquid milk
  • 104gr ice cold water (me:110gr)
  • 40gr white butter
  • 2gr salt

How to make

  • 1. Mixer flour, pao flour, sugar, bpda, yeast until well blended.
  • 2. Enter the liquid milk and water, mixer until half smooth.
  • 3. Enter the white butter and salt mixer until smooth, smooth and not sticky in the hands.
  • 4. Lift and round the dough.
  • 5. Divide the dough 50gr (according to taste), then round it off and rest 10 minutes.
  • 6. Then roll it with a rolling pin then fill and shape according to taste.
  • 7. Let it rise lightly and then steam for about 10 minutes.
