1. Color pudding: mix agar2, sugar and water, cook until boiling, remove from heat. Divide into 3 parts, give the color green, red and brown, cool. Cut, set aside.
2. Pandan Sponge: Beat eggs, sugar, SP, vanilla and salt until fluffy, add flour and pandan paste, mix until smooth. Pour in the oil, stir again with a spatula.
3. Put in a 20 x 20 cm baking dish, line with parchment paper and grease with margarine, steam for 20 minutes / cooked. Lift and remove the cake from the mould. Clean the pan, put the sponge back into it, set aside.
4. Pudding foam: Cook pudding ingredients until cooked, set aside.
Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff, pour in the mixture slowly while mixing until well blended.
5. Pour the foam pudding mixture on top of the pandan sponge, add colorful pudding pieces. Chill. Cut to taste and ready to serve.
