Color Pudding Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp agar2 plain
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Green, red and brown coloring

Sponge Material

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 85 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 85 gr wheat flour
  • 85 ml cooking oil

Foam Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 sachet agar2 green color
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 60 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pandan paste
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

How to make

  • 1. Color pudding: mix agar2, sugar and water, cook until boiling, remove from heat. Divide into 3 parts, give the color green, red and brown, cool. Cut, set aside.
  • 2. Pandan Sponge: Beat eggs, sugar, SP, vanilla and salt until fluffy, add flour and pandan paste, mix until smooth. Pour in the oil, stir again with a spatula.
  • 3. Put in a 20 x 20 cm baking dish, line with parchment paper and grease with margarine, steam for 20 minutes / cooked. Lift and remove the cake from the mould. Clean the pan, put the sponge back into it, set aside.
  • 4. Pudding foam: Cook pudding ingredients until cooked, set aside.
  • Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff, pour in the mixture slowly while mixing until well blended.
  • 5. Pour the foam pudding mixture on top of the pandan sponge, add colorful pudding pieces. Chill. Cut to taste and ready to serve.
