1. Skin: mix margarine, sugar, salt and water, cook over low heat until all ingredients dissolve and boil, turn off heat.

5. Vla: mix all ingredients except margarine, mix well. Cook over low heat while stirring until thick. Add margarine, cook until cooked and bubbling, remove and let cool (cover so the top doesn't have a skin). Put the vla in a plastic triangle.
6. Fill the bowl with vanilla custard, top with fruit and drizzle with clear agar2 (optional).
