Ingredients
- 150 gr wheat flour
- 125 gr powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp SP
- 125 ml thick coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Enough green coloring
- Grated coconut + a pinch of salt, steamed 15 minutes
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP, salt and vanilla on high speed until fluffy and thick
- 2. Lower the speed, gradually add the flour, alternating with coconut milk, mix well. Add green coloring, mix well.
- 3. Prepare the putu ayu cake mold, grease it with oil. Give a little grated coconut, press until solid. Pour the mixture into the mold until it is full. Steam for 20 minutes.
- 4. Lift and remove from the mould. Ready to be served.
