Bird's Nest Bread
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of Roti Canai/Prata
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tsp Ghee/Butter
- pinch of himalayan salt
- pinch of blackberry
Garnish
- sliced scallions
- red chili
Complementary
- Curry Meat/chicken/fish
How to make
- 1. Cut the roti rolls without breaking, Pull out each piece and fold it down.
- 2. Heat the Ghee/Butter, fry the roti rolls, until golden brown, don't forget to turn it upside down so that it cooks evenly. use low heat.
- 3. Put 2 eggs in the middle. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, scallions, and chili pieces. Leave for a while and remove. and serve with your favorite curry sauce.
