Ingredients

  • - 1 egg
  • – 200 ml coconut milk (1 coconut milk @ 65 ml + water)
  • – 150gr flour pro medium
  • - 100gr sugar
  • – 1 tsp fermipan
  • – 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • – 1/2 tsp pandan paste
  • – 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  • – Mix all ingredients other than baking powder with a mixer until everything is well mixed +- 10 minutes
  • - cover with cloth and let stand 30 minutes
  • - add baking powder, mix well
  • - let stand 5 minutes
  • - then pour into the mold start to release the bubbles close the mold
  • - use low heat
  • - ready to be served
