Ingredients

  • 90-110 ml cold full cream liquid milk (a little at a time, don't think it's all right)
  • 50 gr butter/butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Spread Ingredients

  • 1 tsp evaporated milk

How to make

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients, except butter, salt
  • 2. Enter the liquid milk, knead the eggs until smooth
  • 3. Enter the butter, salt, mixer / knead until elastic, rest the dough for 15 minutes, the dough is ready to be formed
  • 4. Cut and weigh the 30 gr dough into a perfect round, arrange in a small oval round tin, rest 45-60 minutes or double in size
  • 5. Oven until browned, Remove from heat and brush the surface directly with butter.
