Plain Unyil Bread
Ingredients
- 200 gr high protein flour
- 50 gr blue key flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 10 grams of powdered milk
- 1 large egg yolk
- 5 g yeast
- 1/4 tsp bread improver
- 90-110 ml cold full cream liquid milk (a little at a time, don't think it's all right)
- 50 gr butter/butter
- 1/2 tsp salt

How to make
- 1. Mix all dry ingredients, except butter, salt
- 2. Enter the liquid milk, knead the eggs until smooth
- 3. Enter the butter, salt, mixer / knead until elastic, rest the dough for 15 minutes, the dough is ready to be formed
- 4. Cut and weigh the 30 gr dough into a perfect round, arrange in a small oval round tin, rest 45-60 minutes or double in size
- 5. Oven until browned, Remove from heat and brush the surface directly with butter.
