Chocolate Filled Bluder
Material 1
- 10 egg yolks (200gr)
- 350 gr sugar
Material 2
- 300 ml ice water
- 150 ml liquid milk
Material 3
- 1 kg high protein flour
- 60 gr powdered milk
- 2 packs of instant yeast
Material 4
- 150 gr margarine
- 200 gr butter
Other
- Filling: chocolate jam
- Sprinkle: white sesame and black sesame
- Spread: egg yolk + 1 tsp liquid milk
How to make
- 1. Mix the ingredients 1 until it expands and thickens.
- 2. Enter the ingredients 2 slowly stir until blended.
- 3. Enter the 3 ingredients, mix well, let stand 1 hour.
- 4. After 1 hour add ingredient 4, mix until elastic. Leave it for 1 hour.
- 5. Weigh 50 gr, fill it, round it, put it in a big cup, for small cup I weigh 30 gr. Leave it for 3 hours to ferment.
- (I only took 1.5 hours because it was double size)
- 6. Brush with egg yolk + liquid milk, sprinkle. Oven at 170⁰ C 25-30 minutes until browned according to each oven.
