Material 1

  • 10 egg yolks (200gr)
  • 350 gr sugar

Material 2

  • 300 ml ice water
  • 150 ml liquid milk

Material 3

  • 1 kg high protein flour
  • 60 gr powdered milk
  • 2 packs of instant yeast

Material 4

  • 150 gr margarine
  • 200 gr butter

Other

  • Filling: chocolate jam
  • Sprinkle: white sesame and black sesame
  • Spread: egg yolk + 1 tsp liquid milk

How to make

  • 1. Mix the ingredients 1 until it expands and thickens.
  • 2. Enter the ingredients 2 slowly stir until blended.
  • 3. Enter the 3 ingredients, mix well, let stand 1 hour.
  • 4. After 1 hour add ingredient 4, mix until elastic. Leave it for 1 hour.
  • 5. Weigh 50 gr, fill it, round it, put it in a big cup, for small cup I weigh 30 gr. Leave it for 3 hours to ferment.
  • (I only took 1.5 hours because it was double size)
  • 6. Brush with egg yolk + liquid milk, sprinkle. Oven at 170⁰ C 25-30 minutes until browned according to each oven.
