Ingredients

  • 200 gr Peanuts, roasted over low heat until cooked
  • 200 gr brown sugar, comb
  • 1 segment Ginger, grated (can be reduced if it feels too spicy)
  • 50 ml Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • A baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper

How to make

  • 1. Cook using low heat, water, brown sugar, grated ginger and salt until it boils and slightly thickens
  • 2. Enter the roasted peanuts, stir constantly until thickened. Turn off the fire
  • 3. Print by pouring 1 tablespoon full on a baking sheet, flatten. Do it until it runs out (because the dough hardens easily, printing must be done quickly, moms)
  • 4. Allow to cool, then remove from baking paper.
