Ingredients A Tart Shell/kit Pie

  • 160 gr all-purpose flour
  • 30 gr Refined Sugar
  • 25 gr Chicken Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 65 gr Salted Butter (Elle & Vire)

B Cream Cheese

  • 150 gr Cream Cheese (Royal Victoria)
  • 30 gr Refined Sugar
  • 5 gr Blueberry Powder
  • 2-3 Drops of Purple Dye Gel
  • 25 gr Chicken Eggs (beaten)
  • 25 gr sour cream

C Filling

  • 100 gr Blueberry Jam

D Garnish

  • Blueberries
  • Mint leaves

How to make

  • 1. Tart Shell / Pie Skin, Mix all ingredients, mix well with a spatula and knead until smooth but not too long.
  • 2. Take the dough according to the size of the pie mold (Me, 20 gr), put the dough into the mold, press and trim
  • pierce the middle with a fork
  • 3. Bake the Tart Shell in the oven for 15 minutes at 179 degrees Celsius. pick it up and take it out. let the tart shell cool
  • 4. Put enough blueberry jam into the Tart Shell / Pie Skin. Set aside.
  • 5. Combine cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar, sour cream, blueberry powder, mixer until well blended, add 2-3 drops of purple dye. Mix again until puffy and creamy.
  • 6. Put the dough into a plastic piping bag, spray the dough into the tart shell.
  • 7. Bake the cheese tart in the oven for 7 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. remove and let cool. Simoan in the refrigerator before serving. Garnish cheese tart with Garnish and ready to serve.
