Black Glutinous Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 whole eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 3 tbsp SKM
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 90 gr black glutinous rice flour
- 50 gr DCC
- 100 gr butter/margarine, melted
How to make
- 1. Mixer eggs and sugar using the Hand Mixer MX 200 @mito.id Use high speed until thick.
- 2. Lower to the lowest speed, add the sifted glutinous rice flour with cocoa powder, mix until well blended. Turn off the mixer.
- 3. Pour in the melted DCC+butter and SKM, fold until well blended. Pour into a square tin uk.20x20x4cm which has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper. Hit a few times.
- 4. Bake in the Oven Top MO 999 @mito.id with a temperature of 160C on top and bottom fire. After 5 minutes, remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with the toppings. Put back in the oven and continue to bake until done (me: 18 min). The temperature is adjusted according to each oven.
