Crust Material

  • 185gr flour
  • 15gr matcha powder
  • 110gr margarine
  • 40g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

How to make

  • In a bowl, combine the margarine and powdered sugar, stir using a fork or pastry knife.
  • add egg yolks and vanilla paste. Stir well.
  • Enter the flour and matcha powder that has been sifted beforehand, stir until it becomes lumpy. Give cold water. Stir until smooth.
  • Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Print, pierce with a fork at the bottom. Bake pie crust at 160°C until cooked. Adjust each oven.

Fla material

  • 250ml liquid milk
  • 50gr sugar
  • 25gr cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt

How to Make Fla

  • Mix all ingredients except butter and salt
  • Stir using a whisk, cook until thickened
  • Stir quickly, add butter and salt. Wait cold. Fla is ready to use.
