Young Coconut Moss Pudding
Ingredients
- 7 gr agar2 plain (1 pack)
- 150 gr sugar
- 125 cc thick coconut milk
- 750 ml of water in a blender with 8 pandan leaves, strain
- 3 drops pandan paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg beaten (add a little lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp Nutrijel plain
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients, strain.
- 2. Cook on medium heat, stirring slowly, after a little heat, reduce the heat and let it simmer until moss is formed.
- 3. Stir, remove, let the hot steam dissipate, pour some into the mold, wait for the bag, set the top.
- 4. Pour a little clear pudding on top, arrange the coconut when dredged, pour back the clear purung. Wait for the top of the pudding to set.
- 5. Pour the moss pudding back on top of the coconut pudding, wait for it to ringin, then put it in the refrigerator until set.
Coconut Pudding Kw
- 10 gr coconut nutrigel (1 small pack)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 25 ml of instant coconut milk
- 375 ml water
- *** Cook all ingredients to a boil while stirring, pour into a container, dredge with young coconut.
Clear Pudding Ingredients
- 1/2 pack agar2 plain
- 325 ml boiled water
- 50 gr sugar
