Ingredients

  • 7 gr agar2 plain (1 pack)

  • 125 cc thick coconut milk
  • 750 ml of water in a blender with 8 pandan leaves, strain
  • 3 drops pandan paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg beaten (add a little lemon juice)
  • 1/2 tsp Nutrijel plain

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients, strain.
  • 2. Cook on medium heat, stirring slowly, after a little heat, reduce the heat and let it simmer until moss is formed.
  • 3. Stir, remove, let the hot steam dissipate, pour some into the mold, wait for the bag, set the top.

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 25 ml of instant coconut milk
  • 375 ml water

  • 325 ml boiled water
  • 50 gr sugar
