Fried Aci Dumplings

Ingredients

  • Enough dumpling skin
  • 6 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 scallion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste

Sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 8 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Enough water
  • Salt, sugar and powdered broth to taste

How to make

  • 1. Enter all the aci ingredients, mix well. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove and cool.
  • 2. Take a piece of dumpling skin, give the filling aci to taste, fold and fry until golden. Lift and drain.
  • 3. Sauce: fry onions and cayenne pepper, then puree. Put in a pan, give enough water. Mix with tomato sauce, sugar, salt and powdered broth, cook until boiling. Pour in the sweet soy sauce, stir and remove.
  • 4. Serve the Fried Aci Dumplings with spicy sauce.
