Fried Aci Dumplings
Ingredients
- Enough dumpling skin
- 6 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 carrot
- 200 ml water
- Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste
Sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 8 tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Enough water
- Salt, sugar and powdered broth to taste
How to make
- 1. Enter all the aci ingredients, mix well. Cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove and cool.
- 2. Take a piece of dumpling skin, give the filling aci to taste, fold and fry until golden. Lift and drain.
- 3. Sauce: fry onions and cayenne pepper, then puree. Put in a pan, give enough water. Mix with tomato sauce, sugar, salt and powdered broth, cook until boiling. Pour in the sweet soy sauce, stir and remove.
- 4. Serve the Fried Aci Dumplings with spicy sauce.
