Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg ground beef
  • 1/4 kg tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp fried red onion
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp beef stock
  • 1 egg
  • Ice water / cold water to taste
  • 4 pcs fried tofu (cut into pieces)

Seasoning Sauce

  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • tbsp fried red onion
  • tbsp fried garlic
  • 7 pcs red chili
  • 3-4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • block brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of pepper powder
  • Salt (you can skip it if it's salty enough)

Method

  • 1. Mix all the spices and ingredients, then puree using a choper or blender.
  • 2. After the dough is finished, some of the dough is put into the tofu that has been cut and some of the dough is freely rounded
  • 3. Prepare hot water and boil the sticks and remove them when they float

How to Make Peanut Sauce

  • 1. Puree the beans, onions and chilies
  • 2. Put in the pan then give enough water (according to the desired consistency)
  • 3. Add brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt (just a pinch, you can skip it because the sauce is already salty) if necessary, you can add ground pepper), then mix well
  • 4. If the desired consistency is achieved, adjust the taste and serve with the custodian
