1. Wash the glutinous rice and drain and cook/aroni with a mixture of coconut milk & salt until dry. Then steamed until cooked / Cook let warm. Don't be ripe, don't be mushy
2. Put all the unti ingredients in the pan and cook until evenly cooked. Use medium low heat. Lift let room temperature
3. Take enough glutinous rice then flatten it, give the coconut unti stuffing and cover until evenly distributed. The shape can be flat / round.
4. Roll it in breadcrumbs until evenly coated then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
