Glutinous Ingredients

  • 200 gr white/pulut glutinous rice
  • 3 tablespoons thick coconut milk + enough water
  • Salt to taste
  • Panir flour / bread to taste

Unti Bahan

  • 100 gr grated coconut
  • 150 gr brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 lb pandan leaves conclude
  • 1 pc clove
  • A little cinnamon
  • A little salt
  • 50 ml water

The method

  • 1. Wash the glutinous rice and drain and cook/aroni with a mixture of coconut milk & salt until dry. Then steamed until cooked / Cook let warm. Don't be ripe, don't be mushy
  • 2. Put all the unti ingredients in the pan and cook until evenly cooked. Use medium low heat. Lift let room temperature
  • 3. Take enough glutinous rice then flatten it, give the coconut unti stuffing and cover until evenly distributed. The shape can be flat / round.
  • 4. Roll it in breadcrumbs until evenly coated then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • 5. Lift drain. Serve with coffee/tea
