Giraffe Tokyo Banana
Stuffing Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5gr HAAN BROWNIES pouch
- 100gr banana flavored UHT milk
- 10gr dark cooking chocolate
Method
- • Mix in a saucepan: all ingredients except dark cooking chocolate, mix well, cook in a saucepan until thickened. Remove, then enter the pieces of dark cooking chocolate, mix well.
- Let it come to room temperature, then put it in a piping bag.
- • Mix with a whisk of egg yolks and sugar, add liquid milk and oil, whisk until smooth, add HAAN BROWNIES while sifting, mix well. Set aside.
- • Meringue: mixer egg whites until frothy, add sugar gradually, mixer until soft peaks. Mix into the HAAN BROWNIES mixture, mix well with a spatula.
- • Pour into a 22x22x4 cm tin that has been lined with baking paper, oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Lift. Remove from baking paper, cut into 4 parts, then fill with piping bag, roll up, put in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Garnish with melted white chocolate. Serve!
