Beef Bolognese Mushroom Sempol
Ingredients
- 250 gr oyster mushrooms
- 100 gr beef bolognese pasta sauce
- 125 gr tapioca flour
- 1 egg
- 1 small carrot, coarsely grated
- 2 spring onions and celery finely chopped
Ground spices
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock or seasoning
- tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder if you like spicy taste
Coating Material
- Egg white to taste, beat off
How to make
- - Blend the mushrooms until slightly smooth then mix with all other ingredients, stir until smooth.
- - prepare a skewer to taste
- - take 1 tablespoon of dough, knead until it sticks and is oval in shape if you want it to be denser you can add a little more tapioca flour.
- - dip the dough in the beaten egg
- - do it until all the dough runs out and then fry until cooked. Lift and serve.
