Ingredients

  • 250 gr oyster mushrooms
  • 100 gr beef bolognese pasta sauce
  • 125 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small carrot, coarsely grated
  • 2 spring onions and celery finely chopped

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock or seasoning
  • tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder if you like spicy taste

Coating Material

  • Egg white to taste, beat off

How to make

  • - Blend the mushrooms until slightly smooth then mix with all other ingredients, stir until smooth.
  • - prepare a skewer to taste
  • - take 1 tablespoon of dough, knead until it sticks and is oval in shape if you want it to be denser you can add a little more tapioca flour.
  • - dip the dough in the beaten egg
  • - do it until all the dough runs out and then fry until cooked. Lift and serve.
