100 gr nasi , bisa nasi sisa semalam yang masih bagus
1 sdm penuh kornet
1 btg daun bawang, iris tipis
1 btr putih telur, sekitar 30 gr
70 gr tepung tapioka
2 bh sosis (goreng dahulu, belah menjadi 8 / sesuai selera)
Secukupnya garam, kaldu bubuk dan lada bubuk
Celupan : 1 btr putih telur, kocok lepas
Cara Membuat
* campur nasi, kornet daun bawang,dan bumbu, remas- remas hingga menyatu
* tambahkan putih telur, aduk rata, masukkan tepung tapioka bertahap. Uleni ringan hingga menyatu atau rata.tekstur Adonan memang agak lengket. Sisihkan
* siapkan tusuk sate, tusuk potongan sosis yang telah digoreng
* baluri tangan dengan sedikit minyak, ambil sedikit adonan, lebarkan, taruh potongan sosis yang telah dipasangi tusuk sate, balut dan kepal-kepal membentuk lonjong hingga padat, lakukan hingga habis
* kocok lepas putih telur, celupkan/ balur rata sempolannya
* goreng hingga matang, tiriskan, sajikan dengan saus sesuai selera
