Ingredients

  • 200 g pumpkin
  • 200 gr banana kepok
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • 80 grams of brown sugar or 2 pieces
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 1000 ml water

How to Cook

  • 1. Peel the skin and remove the pumpkin seeds and cut into cubes.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil and add brown sugar, sugar, salt, pandan leaves.
  • 3. Cook until the sugar dissolves.
  • 4. Enter the pumpkin, cook until the pumpkin is cooked.
  • 5. Enter the banana and thick coconut milk slowly while continuing to stir.
  • 6. Stir gently until boiling and can be served.
