Ingredients
- 1 tempeh board uk. medium cut a bit thick
- 1 tg leek thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- A pinch of pepper powder
- 100-150 gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp muncung rice flour
- 200-220 ml water
- Salt, Royco to taste
The method
- 1. Prepare a container, enter the flour, rice flour, Royco, garlic, pepper, sliced scallions, mix well.
- 2. Pour in the water little by little until the dough is thick and dense. Take the tempeh pieces and dip them into the flour mixture until they are evenly covered.
- 3. Fry in hot oil until cooked enough to change color, remove. Serve with chili sauce, lombok
