Meat Potato Croquettes

Ingredients

  • – 700 gr net weight of potatoes after peeling, cut into cubes
  • – 2 tbsp Munjung full cream milk powder
  • – 2 tablespoons of cheese
  • - salt & pepper to taste

Stuffing

  • – 2 tbsp margarine
  • – 3 cloves of white bw, finely chopped
  • – 1/2 bw bombay, finely chopped
  • – 125 gr ground beef
  • – 3 tablespoons grated cheese / cheddar cheese
  • – 100 ml of UHT milk
  • – 1 tbsp Munjung flour, dissolved in 50 ml of water
  • – 1 tsp mushroom broth
  • - salt, sugar and pepper to taste

Upholstery

  • – 1 tbsp munjung flour
  • – 2 eggs, beaten
  • – Breas crumbs, finely blended

How to make

  • - Heat margarine until melted, add the onion duo, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • - Enter the meat, stir until it changes color, then add the carrots. Add a little water, cook until the carrots are 3/4 cooked.
  • - Enter the liquid milk and cheese spread. Stir well. Finally pour the flour solution, add the rest of the other spices. Cook until the mixture thickens. Correction taste. Turn off the fire and let it cool
  • - Fry the potatoes until cooked, drain. Hot” mash the potatoes with a pestle / potato masher. Spread the cheese, salt and pepper. Divide the potato dough 45gr – 50 gr each. round up
  • - Take 1 potato dough, flatten it then fill it, close it. Round/oval shape. Do it to the end.
  • - Lightly coat the potatoes in the flour (just thin, don't be too thick), dip into the beaten egg and then coat in the fine bread crumbs.
  • - Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes then fry, serve
