Milk Sponge Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml SKM
  • 5 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp SP
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pandan paste
  • 2 tbsp boiled water

Salad Ingredients

  • Fruits to taste, diced (me: mango, melon, strawberry, kiwi, apple)
  • Agar2 red color without sugar, cut into cubes
  • 100 ml SKM
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make

  • A. Milk cake
  • 1. Prepare an 18×18 square pan, grease with margarine and cover with baking pepper
  • 2. Prepare the steamer, let it steam
  • 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. After that add SKM @cap_enaak, baking powder, vanilla paste, pandan paste, mix well

  • 5. Pour the batter into the pan, steam over low heat until cooked, about 25 minutes. set aside
  • B. Fruit Salad
  • 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir gently

  • 2. Take the milk sponge, cut into rounds according to the size of the dessert cup/container. Then put the milk sponge in the cup, press it down so it's even and neat
