Cheese Banana Sponge
Ingredients
- – 250 gr (3 pieces of me: Ambon banana, mashed)
- – 200 gr medium protein flour
- - 2 eggs
- – 150 gr palm sugar
- – 120 miles of cooking oil
- – 1 tsp baking powder
- – 1/2 tsp salt
- – 1 white SKM sachet
Toppings
- - grated cheese to taste
- - enough choco chips
- – 1 Ambon banana
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, palm sugar with a whisk until well blended and the sugar is dissolved
- 2. Then add the flour, baking powder and salt, add it little by little while sifting, stir until well blended
- 3. Enter the mashed banana, white SKM, and cooking oil, stir again until well blended
- 4. Enter the choco chips to taste, stir
- 5. Prepare a 20×8 cm tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and sprinkle a little flour, then put the dough into the pan, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and give sliced bananas
- 6. Bake until cooked according to each oven
