Ingredients

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, palm sugar with a whisk until well blended and the sugar is dissolved
  • 2. Then add the flour, baking powder and salt, add it little by little while sifting, stir until well blended
  • 3. Enter the mashed banana, white SKM, and cooking oil, stir again until well blended
  • 4. Enter the choco chips to taste, stir
  • 5. Prepare a 20×8 cm tin that has been smeared with thin margarine and sprinkle a little flour, then put the dough into the pan, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and give sliced ​​bananas
  • 6. Bake until cooked according to each oven
