1 sachet of mango pudding (I'm Nutrijell), cook according to the instructions on the package. Cool, cut into cubes
100 gr pearl sago (only take the white granules)
1 can evaporated milk (I'm FnN)
50 gr sugar, melt with hot water
How to cook
1. Make pearl sago, boil with 1 liter of water until not all of the granules are clear. Put it in ice water so it doesn't stick to each other, set aside
2. Combine pearl sago granules, mango pudding pieces (reserve for topping), evaporated milk, and liquid sugar, mix well
3. Put it in the fridge, at least 2 hours before enjoying
4. Pour into a glass, top with pieces of mango pudding.
5. Enjoy it while it's cold, yummy for iftar.. Duh if there was mango, it would be more delicious..
