mango sagoo (kawe)

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of mango pudding (I'm Nutrijell), cook according to the instructions on the package. Cool, cut into cubes
  • 100 gr pearl sago (only take the white granules)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (I'm FnN)
  • 50 gr sugar, melt with hot water

How to cook

  • 1. Make pearl sago, boil with 1 liter of water until not all of the granules are clear. Put it in ice water so it doesn't stick to each other, set aside
  • 2. Combine pearl sago granules, mango pudding pieces (reserve for topping), evaporated milk, and liquid sugar, mix well
  • 3. Put it in the fridge, at least 2 hours before enjoying
  • 4. Pour into a glass, top with pieces of mango pudding.
  • 5. Enjoy it while it's cold, yummy for iftar.. Duh if there was mango, it would be more delicious..
