Tempe Kribo
Ingredients
- 1 tempeh board
- 15 btr cooked quail eggs
- 1 pack of instant noodles/dry noodles
Spice
- 5 pcs red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Wheat flour + water for greasing as needed
How to cook
- Puree the spices and stir-fry until half cooked..
- Cut the tempeh and put it in... stir until fragrant and then remove
- Puree the tempeh along with the spices (I set it with a pestle)
- Take the tempeh and fill it with quail eggs into rounds, then dip it into the flour that has been melted with a little water
- Roll it into the noodles that have been crushed previously..
- Fry on low heat until golden brown.. Remove drain
