Ingredients

  • 1 tempeh board
  • 15 btr cooked quail eggs
  • 1 pack of instant noodles/dry noodles

Spice

  • 5 pcs red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Wheat flour + water for greasing as needed

How to cook

  • Puree the spices and stir-fry until half cooked..
  • Cut the tempeh and put it in... stir until fragrant and then remove
  • Puree the tempeh along with the spices (I set it with a pestle)
  • Take the tempeh and fill it with quail eggs into rounds, then dip it into the flour that has been melted with a little water
  • Roll it into the noodles that have been crushed previously..
  • Fry on low heat until golden brown.. Remove drain
