Ingredients

  • 25 squares of brown tofu, cut in the middle and discard a little of the contents, set aside
  • 100 gr LA FONTE SPAGHETTI-10 boiled aladante set aside
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Flour Coating Material

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 scallion finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • enough water
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste

How to make

  • 1. Heat enough oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and oyster sauce then add LA FONTE SPAGHETTI-10 stir and cook until cooked and cool
  • 2. Take the tofu, then put the stuffing into the tofu to taste, do it until all the tofu runs out, set aside
  • 3. Flour layer: prepare a container, mix all ingredients, add water little by little, then stir until the dough is thick
  • 4. Heat the oil, dip the tofu contents one by one then fry until golden yellow, remove, drain and serve with cayenne pepper.
