Tofu Fill Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 25 squares of brown tofu, cut in the middle and discard a little of the contents, set aside
- 100 gr LA FONTE SPAGHETTI-10 boiled aladante set aside
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp broth powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Ground spices
- 6 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
Flour Coating Material
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 scallion finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- enough water
- powdered broth to taste
- salt to taste
How to make
- 1. Heat enough oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and oyster sauce then add LA FONTE SPAGHETTI-10 stir and cook until cooked and cool
- 2. Take the tofu, then put the stuffing into the tofu to taste, do it until all the tofu runs out, set aside
- 3. Flour layer: prepare a container, mix all ingredients, add water little by little, then stir until the dough is thick
- 4. Heat the oil, dip the tofu contents one by one then fry until golden yellow, remove, drain and serve with cayenne pepper.
