Milk Cheese Layer Ingredients

  • 1 bks agar² powder.
  • 100 gr creamchees .
  • 500 ml UHT liquid milk.
  • 300 ml of water.
  • 130 gr sugar (according to taste).

Fruit Coating Material

  • bks agar² powder .
  • 2 packs of lychee flavored drink powder.
  • 400 ml of water.
  • 1 drop of pink coloring.
  • 1 tbsp basil.
  • Fruits: grapes, canned oranges, canned longan.

How to Make Fruit Pudding

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients for the milk cheese layer. Cook until boiling. Remove the steam for a moment. Then pour into cup molds. (Don't make it full) Set aside until it starts to set.
  • 2. Fruit layer: mix water, agar² powder, drink powder, and pink pewrn. Cook until boiling. Turn off the stove, add basil. stir for a moment.
  • 3. Arrange the fruit on top of layer A of milk cheese, then slowly pour in the liquid layer B. Cool it down to room temperature. Put in the refrigerator. Serve cold..🤗.
