Kladdkaka ( Swedish Chocolate Cake )
Ingredients
- 2 eggs .
- 150 gr sugar.
- 65 gr trigu flour.
- 35 gr cocoa powder.
- 110 gr margarine, melt.
- tsp baking soda.
- Sprinkle salt.
- Vanilla powder.
- Chocolate Jam And Biscoff Jam Topping
How to make
- 1. Preheat the oven with a temperature of 160⁰ above the fire. Ready for a 20x20x4 pan (if you want a thicker cake, use an 18x18 pan) Grease a little margarine and line it with baking paper. Set aside.
- 2. Mixer eggs, sugar and salt until fluffy (no need to be thick with traces). Lower the mixer speed. Add the trigu flour + cocoa powder + baking soda + vanilla powder. Mixer for a moment as long as it's well mixed.
- 3. Turn off the mixer. Then add melted margarine. Fold with a spatula until smooth. Pour into the tin. Hit slowly. Then bake until cooked about 20-30 minutes. (Adjust each oven).
- 4. After ripe. Remove the cake from the tin and cool to room temperature. Cut according to taste and top it with chocolate jam and biscoff...ENJOY..🤗☕.
