Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of vermicelli, boiled until soft, drained
  • 7 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water
  • The oil for frying

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander

How to make

  • 1. Mix the vermicelli, carrots, scallions, celery, ground spices, eggs, salt & pepper powder, stir. Add flour little by little, add water, mix well.
  • 2. Fry until cooked, remove & serve.
