Bakwan Vermicelli
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of vermicelli, boiled until soft, drained
- 7 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Enough water
- The oil for frying
Ground spices
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
How to make
- 1. Mix the vermicelli, carrots, scallions, celery, ground spices, eggs, salt & pepper powder, stir. Add flour little by little, add water, mix well.
- 2. Fry until cooked, remove & serve.
