Cireng Crispy Cuko Sauce
Cireng Material
- 80gr tapioca flour
- 15gr wheat flour
- 2 cloves of garlic finely
- Seasoning salt to taste
- 100-120ml water
- 1 beaten egg + sliced scallions
Vinegar Ingredients
- 250ml water
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 10 cloves of cayenne pepper (finely chopped)
- 80gr brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar / tamarind water
How to make
- 1. Vinegar Ingredients: Mix all ingredients except vinegar. Cook until there is no chili smell. Finally, add the vinegar / tamarind water and mix well. Turn off the fire.
- 2. Cireng ingredients: mix all Cireng ingredients, stir until all evenly distributed. The dough is a bit runny, yes.
- 3. Heat the oil, a little bit. Then add the Cireng mixture. Pour the beaten egg over the Cireng. After the bottom is browned then turn. Pour in the beaten eggs again until they are golden brown.
- 4. Cut Cireng, add cucumber slices. Pour with the cuco sauce. Ready to serve
