Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken thigh fillet, finely chopped
  • 50 g prawns, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp tapioca
  • 1 tbsp fried red onion, puree
  • Salt, sugar and powdered broth to taste
  • Dumpling skin to taste, sliced
  • The oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Slice the dumpling skin.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, shrimp, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, pepper, tapioca powder broth and fried onions. Stir well
  • 3. Roll the dough into a ball then roll it on the dumpling skin until it sticks to the dough.
  • 4. Heat oil, fry on medium heat, flip and cook until golden brown. Lift, drain.
  • 5. Ready to serve.
