Ingredients

  • – 100gr macaroni
  • – 1 small onion, chopped
  • – 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • – 1 large beef sausage, cut into small pieces / you can also use corned beef
  • - carrots, cut into small pieces
  • – 110ml liquid milk
  • – 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • – salt, pepper, powdered broth to taste

Coating Material

  • – 1 egg, beaten
  • - bread crumb

Method

  • - Boil macaroni until soft, set aside
  • - saute garlic and onions until fragrant
  • - add sauteed sausage
  • - add carrots stir fry until cooked
  • - pour the liquid milk stir well
  • - add salt, pepper, powdered broth to taste
  • - add macaroni, mix well
  • - Enter the flour, mix well until it sticks together
  • - let stand until warm
  • - round shape, clench with hands, use gloves so it doesn't stick
  • - Enter one by one into the beaten eggs then breadcrumbs
  • - Arrange in a closed container, do it until it runs out
  • - put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes so that the flour sticks
  • - fry until golden brown
  • - ready to be served with dipping chili sauce / tomato
