Ingredients

  • 150 gr rice flour
  • 20 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • Ground spices
  • Salt
  • 600 ml Water (adjust dough thickness)
  • 50 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 sheets of kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 300 gr Peanuts, cut into 2

Ground spices

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 pecan grains
  • 1 segment of kencur
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • Sckpnya water

Step

  • 1. Puree the spices using an omni blade food processor
  • 2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix until smooth
  • 3. Heat a round mold (you can use a round frame/mud cake mold) and add a tsp of oil
  • 4. Take 1/2 spoon of dough, give a tsp of peanuts, then pour the leek into the mold, while alternating, lift it (no need until it is perfectly cooked)
  • 5. After everything is done, reheat the pan which contains a lot of oil
  • 6. Re-fry the 1/2 cooked ribs, until they are browned, then remove and drain
  • 7. The dent is ready to be enjoyed
