Sausage Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 large tofu, cut into squares
  • Mini sausage
  • 125gr all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 300ml water

Tofu sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • Water
  • Corn solution

Complementary

  • mayonnaise
  • Chili sauce
  • Katsuobushi/bonito flakes

Method

  • Fry the tofu that has been cut into squares until cooked, remove and cut in the middle, add the sausage.
  • Crunchy flakes: mix in a bowl of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and water, mix well.
  • Enter the tofu that has been filled, mix well.
  • Heat the Sunco cooking oil, add the tofu, pour the batter a little bit while stirring continuously until it is golden brown, remove from heat.
  • Sauce: cook oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, add water, salt, sugar, taste correction, thicken with cornstarch solution.
  • Arrange on a plate of fried tofu, add tofu, mayonnaise, chili sauce and bonito flakes. Serve.
