Sausage Tofu
Ingredients
- 2 large tofu, cut into squares
- Mini sausage
- 125gr all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 300ml water
Tofu sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Salt, sugar to taste
- Water
- Corn solution
Complementary
- mayonnaise
- Chili sauce
- Katsuobushi/bonito flakes
Method
- Fry the tofu that has been cut into squares until cooked, remove and cut in the middle, add the sausage.
- Crunchy flakes: mix in a bowl of all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and water, mix well.
- Enter the tofu that has been filled, mix well.
- Heat the Sunco cooking oil, add the tofu, pour the batter a little bit while stirring continuously until it is golden brown, remove from heat.
- Sauce: cook oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, add water, salt, sugar, taste correction, thicken with cornstarch solution.
- Arrange on a plate of fried tofu, add tofu, mayonnaise, chili sauce and bonito flakes. Serve.
