Sotteok Ingredients

  • 21 pcs rice cake (which has been cut about 3cm)
  • 21 pcs sausage bites (I used 3 pcs beef sausage cut to the size of a rice cake.. I cut 1 sausage into 2 then each piece was divided again into 4)
  • A little oil, for greasing Teflon

Sauce Ingredients (Stir until smooth)

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet thick @indomilk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce

How to Make Sotteok

  • * prepare skewers, skewer / stack rice cake and sausage alternately (each skewer contains 3 rice cakes and 3 sausages)
  • * Heat a teflon or grill pan, give a little oil, bake sotteok until half cooked, then spread with sauce evenly, bake again until cooked. serve with a sprinkling of toasted sesame
