Ingredients for Spaghetti Arrabiata

  • 2 handfuls of spaghetti (for 2 servings), boiled aldente
  • 800 gr ripe red tomatoes
  • 4 pcs chopped white onion
  • 1/2 pc chopped onion
  • Handful of fresh basil, chopped / 1 tsp dried basil
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 30 g parmesan cheese (I use cheddar)
  • Salt, sugar, black pepper

How to Cook Spaghetti Arrabiata

  • 1. Bring water to a boil in a pan, add tomatoes, boil for a while until the tomato skin cracks, remove, wait until warm, peel the tomato skin, then crush it, can be crushed roughly with a fork or mashed with a chopper
  • 2. Sauté the white onion and onions until fragrant, add the mashed tomatoes, add the basil, cheese, salt, sugar, black pepper, cook for a while, add the boiled spaghetti, mix well, serve
