Tofu Kentucky
Ingredients
- 10 pieces of tofu skin, cut into 2
- 10 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt, pepper, mushroom broth
- Enough water
Method
- 1. Soak the tofu that has been cut with enough water + salt + seasoning. Soak for 1 hour
- 2. Mix all dry ingredients, then divide 2. One add water, one dry.
- 3. Squeeze the tofu, dip it into the wet and then dry mixture, then fry. If you want the kriuk to be thicker, you can repeat it 2 times. Wet dry wet dry. While pinching, let it curl.
- 4. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
